Chaos and mayhem.... long waiting times at either post in both directions. Procedures on how the guards deal with you change all the time. Facilities are scarce.... I've had waiting times of 6, 7 and more hours. Fastest was 2.5 (Pl to ua)
Good and fast from the polish side. Just in some minutes (by bus) they put us the stamp and we could went to the toilet or to the shop.

5 hours in a queue on Ukrainian side. Special civil people, affiliated with Ukrainian border control, offer quick pass against a bribe.
Travelled through that border in 2012. Very fast and ok.
